Located on the corner of Kuhio Avenue and Kanekapolei Street, Lilia Waikiki will include 455 market-rate and affordable rental units. The Owner, Oliver McMillan is proud to partner with Queen Emma Land Company to further Queen Emma’s vision and legacy by developing the lands into a dynamic community. The 28-story all-rental residential tower offers an inclusive live, work, play and shop community. The project includes replacement of a full-service grocery store and curated retail servicing the neighborhood and various rental options from studios, one bedroom, 2-bedroom to 3-bedroom apartments.
Constructed by Nordic PCL with Benjamin Woo Architects as the Architect of Record & Design Architects, high quality finishes, luxury appliances and smart home features are incorporated throughout the design of each floor plan, built with private lanais overlooking the cityscape and prime picturesque views of the ocean and sunset. Amenity features also include a pool and spa, private cabanas and barbecue stations, state-of-the-art fitness gym and social room.
