Description

Construction of Lilia Waikiki began in Summer 2019. Located at 2380 Kuhio Avenue, this 28-story all-rental residential tower will include 455 market-rate and affordable units. The project includes replacement of a full-service grocery store and curated retail servicing the neighborhood. Oliver McMillan is proud to partner with Queen Emma Land Company to further Queen Emma’s vision and legacy by developing Queen Emma’s legacy lands into a dynamic community.

Lilia Waikiki is an inclusive community to live, work, play and shop with various rental options to choose from, including studios, one bedroom, 2-bedroom to 3-bedroom apartments.

Constructed by Nordic PCL with Benjamin Woo Architects as the Architect of Record and Design Architect, the team incorporated high quality finishes, luxury appliances and smart home features throughout the design of each floor plan. Units were built with private lanais overlooking the cityscape and prime picturesque views of the ocean and sunset. Amenity features also include a pool and spa, private cabanas and barbecue stations, state-of-the-art fitness gym and social room. Construction is expected to be completed in 2022.
