Nordic PCL Construction Inc. Makes Building Industry Hawaii’s “Top 25 Contractors” List for Lilia Waikiki Project

“Lilia Waikiki is Waikiki’s newest high-rise destination,” says Glen Kaneshige, Nordic PCL president. The tower, at Kanekapoliei Street and Kuhio Avenue, is Waikiki’s first new, for-rent, mixed-use apartment development in decades. “The project will contain 401 rental units, featuring studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. Services and amenities include a pool, spa, banyan tree garden, state-of-the-art fitness center and indoor and outdoor gathering areas.
