Lilia Waikiki Topping Off

Lilia Waikiki celebrates the final concrete pouring of the 28-story building

On June 21, 2021, the final concrete pouring of Lilia Waikiki took place, reaching a milestone of its highest peak of construction. The 28-story residential tower, formerly the Food Pantry, is the first all rental housing projects building in Waikiki built for local families. To commemorate this day, a special event was held to thank and recognize all those who helped build Lilia Waikiki including general contractor Nordic PCL Construction, Inc., design architect Soloman Cordwell Buenz, architect of record Benjamin Woo Architects, among other subcontractors and partners.  Watch the full Lilia Waikiki Topping Off appreciation video here.
