Description

Located on Oahu’s eastern shoreline along Kahala Avenue beachfront estate, it was once a playground for royalty, heads of state and Hollywood stars. Kahala residence exemplify the neighborhood characteristics with its modern design and luxury style, it consists of three buildings with (6) two-story single- family condominiums. The thoughtful design and natural materials fill each space with warmth and comfort, making it a perfect gathering place for family and friends.

 

Inspired by the beauty of an indoor and outdoor lifestyle, the open floor plan connects the residence to the land and ocean around. We collaborated with Philpotts Interiors, aiming to create a fresh, modern and organic interior design that aspires to infuse the authenticity of place, culture, and community. From interior to exterior, the grand lanai doors create this seamless transition, where the spacious backyard becomes and extended living room and a dining area under the stars.
