Description

Ka Malanai is a condominium community located in Kailua town. BWA was responsible for Construction Administration of the second phase which included two of the six, four-story buildings.

 

The second phase consists of a total of 60 one, two and three-bedroom condominium homes. Buyers have ten different single-level floor plans to choose from.

 

Kailua Town is known for it’s healthy and active lifestyle and this condominium community is conveniently located within walking distance to Kailua Town Center, Kailua Beach and Kailua District Park (directly across the street). Parking tucked beneath the structure allows for placement of large grassy courtyards between buildings.
