DESCRIPTION

This project involved the renovation of an outdoor facility at the Hawaii Community College – Palamanui campus. The scope included demolishing the existing outdoor roof structure and replacing it with a modernized structure equipped with fans, updated lighting, and a flexible program design. The new facility was designed to serve as a versatile space, providing a general seating and hangout area for students while also accommodating future graduations and other large campus events.

Originally initiated in 2019, the project faced delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but its completion reflects a commitment to creating functional, multi-purpose spaces that enhance campus life for students and faculty.
